Finance Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis
New FP&A Analyst role supporting growth and transformation, delivering commercial insights, automating reporting, and driving strategic decision-making across a fast-growing business.
A new role has been created for an FP&A Analyst, reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager, to help build out the rapidly evolving FP&A capability, to increase the value and commerciality of insights provided to management across the business and to drive forward-looking business decision making and automation of management reporting. This role will likely suite a capable and technically strong FP&A analyst, looking to make their mark at an ambitious and growing firm. Having completed a major corporate transaction in 2022, the Group is now embarking on its next 5-year plan, to grow AUM to >£5bn. In line with these plans, the Finance Department is also executing a strategic and digital transformation programme, to right size its capabilities for the planned growth.
