Bridging Loan Advisor
Aria is hiring a Bridging Loan Adviser to manage enquiries, assess and package applications, liaise with brokers and clients, and deliver expert property finance advice with accuracy and care.
As a Bridging Loan Advisor at Aria, you’ll be responsible for managing new enquiries, underwrite new applications, and packaging cases for lenders with care and precision.
You’ll guide brokers and clients through the finance process, ensuring applications are assessed quickly, packaged accurately, and progressed efficiently.
At the same time, you’ll maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and clients, offering expert advice and creating opportunities for repeat business while generating leads.
Key Accountabilities
New Enquiries
- Accurately record all details on our CRM system.
- Carry out fact finds with direct clients where regulated advice is required (if qualified).
- Complete sourcing for new enquiries and provide timely follow-up with brokers and clients.
- Review and issue terms, ensuring all compliance documentation is included.
Case Management & Documentation
- Review applications, offers, valuations, and supporting documents to ensure fully packaged files are submitted to lenders.
- Maintain accurate case notes and ensure system folders are organised and compliant.
- Keep lender criteria, product guides, and documentation up to date.
- Manage pipeline business, ensuring cases move efficiently through to completion.
Communication & Relationships
- Handle inbound enquiries from brokers and clients, providing expert advice and guidance on bridging loans.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, brokers, and clients to keep cases progressing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and clients, helping to generate repeat business.
Systems & Processes
- Maintain accurate records across systems and support reporting where required.
- Contribute to process improvements and system developments.
Skills & Competencies
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent telephone skills.
- Strong product and lender knowledge within bridging or specialist lending.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and general administration.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) essential.
- CeMAP desirable for handling regulated mortgage contracts.
- Previous experience in bridging finance or specialist lending highly advantageous.
