Primary Servicing Account Manager

Key Accountabilities
- Support the Servicing Department with all aspects of managing the loan portfolio across product lines.
- Handle daily customer contact via phone, email, and post, ensuring SLA targets are met.
- Process new account uploads, direct debits, BACS files, and manage unpaid payments.
- Manage cash allocation, redemptions, settlements, and other banking activities.
- Liaise with solicitors on redemption funds, deeds, and title registrations.
- Support month-end processes including credit accounts, refunds, and reconciliations.
- Assist with system testing and operational improvements alongside the Servicing Manager.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, scanning, and compliance with all internal procedures.

- Strong communication and telephone skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with logical, organised thinking.
- Confident in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing deadlines.
Knowledge & Personal Attributes
- Previous experience in customer service or arrears management (financial services desirable).
- Degree-level education preferred but not essential.
- Calm, resilient, and professional under pressure.
- Punctual, well-organised, and committed to delivering high standards.
