Maintenance Manager
At Enra, this role is responsible for maintaining all sites to a high standard, overseeing the upkeep, maintenance and general repair of our property portfolio. The role will require national travel.

Key Accountabilities
Carryout day-to-day repair requests
Carryout planning and reactive maintenance tasks to our property portfolio
Conduct site inspections
Procure and manage subcontractors where their appointment necessitates
Ensure compliance with H&S legislation
Coordinate access arrangements
Skills & Competencies
Skills to be able to carryout out cleaning and landscaping tasks
Ability to be able to carryout basic electrical and plumbing tasks
Confident verbal communication
Knowledge of Fire and other H&S systems advantageous
Must have a driving licence
Knowledge & Qualifications
Practical experience with maintenance and repair tasks more important than qualifications
