Bridging Case Manager

The role requires you manage loan applications from submission of the application form through to completion assisting the underwriters and liaising with all third-party stakeholders, where necessary, including, but not limited to, brokers/solicitors/valuers.
You will be responsible for all inbound call taking and keeping data up to date for the whole team.
You will be responsible for taking ownership of allocated cases from submission of the application form through to completion.
Key Accountabilities
Answering and distributing incoming calls in a professional manner and actioning where appropriate.
Handling incoming queries from our introducers and/or customers regarding potential and existing loan applications.
Preparing loan documentation/term sheets.
Following up on documentation sent with our introducers.
Updating data on spreadsheets.
Liaising with our underwriting teams to provide high standard of service to our broker partners.
Assess loan documentation, including valuation reports and requesting additional information from brokers where required, highlighting any concerns
Carry out checks on the applicants and properties and assess their suitability for the loan applied for
Proactively chase outstanding information from third parties and timely updates to introducers to enable service excellence
Liaising with introducers and solicitors
Overseeing cases from inception through to completion

GCSE English & Maths
A knowledge of bridging finance or experience in the lending market is preferrable but not essential.
